Website and Trial Terms

These terms describe the public ENJAZ ERP registration and trial-entry experience. Commercial subscriptions may be governed by a separate order, proposal or service agreement.

Accounts and authorized use

Registration information must be accurate. Account credentials are personal to the authorized user and should not be shared. Access to an organization is limited by membership, permissions, product entitlement and subscription status.

Trials

Trial availability and duration follow the current ENJAZ plan settings. Starting the current free trial does not create an automatic payment charge, and trial access can end when the trial period expires.

Customer data

Organizations remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information entered into their workspace. ENJAZ ERP uses organization-scoped access, permissions, audit and recovery controls to support customer separation and service continuity.

Availability and changes

Features and service controls may change over time as ENJAZ ERP is maintained and improved. Security, maintenance, recovery or subscription controls may temporarily limit access when required to protect service integrity.
